Seacoast rugby was established in the spring of 1998 by a group of young women who were students at the University of New Hampshire; the Seacoast Rugby Club was the result of motivation, perseverance and a love for the game of rugby.

The Seacoast Women's Rugby Club welcomes all interested players regardless of experience.

The Seacoast Women most recently have finished #5 in the Nation in 2006 and just barely missed the playoffs in 2007 ending the Fall season at 6-1.
