Senior Teams:
Until 6/18/2010: $200 for the 1st team; $150 for each additional team
After 6/18/2010: $250 for the 1st team; $200 for each additional team
U19 & College/U23 teams:
$50 each (U19 players must be born on or
after 1 SEP 1990)
